I was first introduced to online bookmarking in one of my graduate classes while working towards my MLIS degree. The professor had the class using
Delicious, and that is what I've used ever since. Throughout the last year I have found new bookmarking websites but never tried any of them out until recently. After testing out
Diigo, I have decided to completely switch all of my bookmarks over to it.
Diigo has more options for saving links, creating folders, sharing with friends and even the option to keep some of the websites private. I use bookmarking sites almost daily when finding new resources online and it helps me to stay organized. I don't think I'll ever go back to the old one again! I still need to check out some of the these sites but here are a few other ideas for bookmarking websites:
