Love Google Forms

I have used Google Docs for awhile now collaborating on projects and creating new presentations but one application I don't feel I have utilized nearly enough is the Google Forms option. Lately I have been playing around with it by making online quizzes, surveys, library request forms and even trying out doing book reviews with students using this app.

So far I have gotten quite a few material requests using the form, so I'm trying to incorporate more forms into our classrooms. A few teachers have tried out using them for online worksheets and like most of the features. One complaint that I have heard is that its hard to make a large word bank for matching type questions. Below I have posted a couple of my Google Forms :)
